Danko Explains That Utility Execs Will Avoid Jail Even After Guilty Verdict

The Sonoma County District Attorney has filed criminal charges against PG&E for its role in starting the Kincade Fire.  Mike Danko explains to KPIX5 in San Francisco that even if a jury returns a guilty verdict, no PG&E executive will go to jail.  Victims who want to hold PG&E accountable for its conduct need to bring civil actions against PG&E and not rely on criminal prosecution.
